Job Duties

XP-Pen is seeking individuals who recognize the importance of customer support and are capable of providing friendly and professional customer service. The ideal candidate will have to have clear understanding how to navigate through a basic operating system and must be familiar with the product and technology. The tech/customer service specialist will be responsible for taking customer calls and emails, communicating with employees customer service reps based on company needs, and follow up or schedule calls where necessary.


Job Requirements

●Proper phone etiquette.
●Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately.
●Demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar.
●Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment.
●Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
●Effective listening skills.
●Ability to function on a team, as well as work independently.
●Multi-tasking capabilities.
●Ability to productively function in a creative work environment.
●Ability to adapt to last minute changes and quick project turnaround (No Whiners).
●Expert Mac OS/Apple and PC Windows computer skills required.
●Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Clip Studio Pro, Paint Tool Sai, and other creative software accessible to the public. The more you know, the better!
●Advanced skills with Adobe Suite Products.
●Advanced with Google Drive or other project management software usage.
●Multilingual would be super helpful!
●No whining, no sniveling and must have a sense of humor.
