So far so good:) Arrived safely in 4 days. Everything as described. After installing drivers from the website, Xp-pen easily connects to the computer. Working with this tablet is actually nice and quite comfortable. Thank you and recommend!

A lovely tablet, easy to setup and use. Noticed a problem eventually, and when contacted the site, they sent me a replacement with no trouble at all. Best customer service I have ever experienced, and the product is definitely worth the money :).

Affordable, quality beginners Tablet
I am 62 years old and been a fine artist for a long time- I researched extensively before choosing Artsist12 (Ist gen) for my very first ever graphic display screen tablet. Firstly, it was so awesome that it shipped to me so fast-ordered late on a Friday night arrived to me lunchtime on the Tuesday and during the Xmas season- thankyou for this great service.
Then following step by step to unbox and setup my tablet was easypeasy.
I did not find it too challenging and it linked well to my existing photoshop.
The quality of screen display and pen lines and marks and colour correspondence is awesome.
I am extremely delighted and excited to be using this tablet to learn digital art and animation. Every Youtube I watched, the Presenter said the same- that this was an awesome buy.
GUYS I am not disappointed in any aspect of this purchase- affordable, quality and wonderful drawing and creative results.

I ordered this tablet expecting the pen to work very smoothly, there’s a big delay with where I move the pen and where the cursor is. The sensitivity is pretty low and I’ve tried everything to fix it. It’s difficult to make smaller details whilst drawing because of the delay and the rough feeling of the pen, is there a way to fix this?

If it's Window system,please check your black USB cable has been plugged in properly. If it's Mac,before install our driver,you need to make sure uninstall all current PenTablet drivers and restart your Mac.

1.plug the the USB cable into the Artist 12.
2.Plug the HDMI and black & red USB cords into your computer/laptop.
3.Install the driver. you can follow our instructions on our XP-PEN website:

Artist 12 can plug into an external power outlet as well as be powered by a laptop.Above is the way to use the laptop for power.
