Amazing product and customer service!!
I unfortunately took longer than i thought to leave this review. But, as my first drawing tablet this is absolutely solid! The pen texture and feel of the overall product is really smooth. I ordered the graphic tablet, along with protective case and glove, all for fair price. I had my doubts at first; but the product is of great quality. It came with replacement pen nibs, the cables needed, and an extra connector for mobile devices. There were some unfortunate errors with addressing, though the fault didn't lie with XP pen, and nevertheless i was contacted back within less than a day. The staff were incredibly nice and did everything they could to resolve the issue - were fast, answered questions, and left positive vibes! I was absolutely happy to recieve the product, and my anxieties were lifted knowing i could trust XP-pen despite some unfortunate circumstances. The tablet itself is amazing, extremely happy with the pen pressure - as a krita user myself. The protective sheet has a nice feel to it, and for aesthetics- both pink and green ones look super cute! (though i did order the black one). The buttons don't feel tacky, the pen is battery free, and the setup is easy; compatible with windows laptops, pcs, and android! I have already began a new stage of my art journey and can't wait to leave another review. I'll definitely be shopping with XP-pen in the future! ;)

Great graphic tablet!
I was advised by a friend-graphic designer, he ordered the same. After installing the drivers, everything works fine. Included wire, glove, pen, pen stand, pen-8 pcs. The tablet came in a solid box.
