Did not function at all
I bought my XP pen tablet (Artist Pro 15.6) in the USA. Everything I got for it was graded for USA voltage. I recently moved to Germany, which has different voltage and also different plug shapes. I assumed that this adapter would work for me, but it doesn't! The tablet can not be detected by any PC while it is plugged into the adapter (using the european adapter on my american plug). If I unplug the USB from the power adapter and plug it into my PC, suddenly the tablet works again! So I know these adapters are the problem. I uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers multiple times, I even purchased a new PC and tried to get the tablet running on a fresh, most-recent driver, and it still did not work.
These adapters are literally just a piece of plastic with some metal that goes over the american plug. The adapter does not adjust for voltage, it will not work. A european 220V outlet will not be changed to the proper 110V the american cord I got with my tablet is graded for. It simply does not work.
This is a waste of money when you can just plug in the USB into the PC directly if you have an available USB space.
I have not tried the other plugs but I assume they'd also fail, since they are also just a bit of plastic and metal.

I bought an XP-PEN 13 2nd gen tablet. Will this adapter work? If not, what is the adapter I need? It didn't come with one, or instructions on the type.

No, the 4-in-1 Power Adapter (without cable) is not compatible with the Artist 13 (Gen 2).
If you\'re using a 3-in-1 cable to connect your Artist 13 (Gen 2), you can connect the red cable to your computer to charge.

If you\'re using a USB-C to USB-C Cable to connect your Artist 13 (Gen 2), you don\'t need an external charging cable. The USB-C to USB-C Cable is fully functional and can be used to power the Artist 13 (Gen 2).

Good evening, I have a straightforward question, I bought an XP-Pen Artist 12 Pro Easy, and it is fantastic, my question is because it does not come with an adapter to connect to the wall, on the back of the box I read that it needs 5V, and I was looking to buy it, but at least in my search, I have had no luck finding where to buy it here in Argentina, which is why I wanted to ask you, for example, I have a Samsung smartphone charger, and for what I am reading, at the entrance has 100- 240v and the output delivers 5.0V-1.0A can be used as a replacement? At the moment the red USB power cable is plugged into my laptop. Thank you so much for your time.

Hello, Mobile phone adapter can be used as a replacement, if you lose the original adapter, you can also directly plug the red USB cable into the computer.

What is the amperage of this power adapter?
I want to power my XP pen artist11 from a large power bank but i can't find specific confirmation of how much power the red cable needs to deliver to the tablet.
