So does it have to be 2nd Generation? It won't work on my regular Arist 22 pro? If so, how do I get a refund or swap it out for a stylus that does?

Are there any other pens that work with the Artist 24 Pen Display? I am asking about the 23.8-inch 2K QHD 2560 X 1440 Resolution. Mainly because I am used to the PO2S battery Stylus shape of the pen and the PA6 though an awesome pen is not as comfortable for me.
