Hi!
I am Louie (from the Philippines) and I just received my XP-Pen Note+ today which I purchased from Lazada - an online purchasing platform here in the Philippines.
Am so thrilled about this product! It works with my iPhone X.
I just have a few concerns which I'd really wish you can help me with.
1.) I am unable to sign up using my iphone X. When I sign up using my google account, Google rejects the signing up because it says that it is an unsafe app. Of course I don't believe that. But I still cannot sign up.
2.) I then used my Facebook account and it still wouldn't push thru.
I did this two approaches about 3 times to no avail. Please help me on this.
3.) I also downloaded your app using my Samsung Note 10+ but everytime I open it, the app crashes. Same experience when I downloaded it in my Oppo F9 phone. Is this app compatible with android? From the videos i watched and from your website, both said that the app is compatible with android. Kindly help me on this as well.
