how do o work this thing on my mobile device artist 10 (2nd gen) app for device won't let me connect to tablet. can't use pen on art tablet at all. screen disconnects.

Ho una Artist 16 versione Le Petit Prince, il cavo usb-c incluso è molto comodo però per la mia postazione è un po corto, il cavo usb-c ha delle caratteristiche particolari o può andare bene un qualsiasi cavo usb-c? Grazie anticipatamente per la risposta.

does this work for XPPen Artist 15.6 Pro V2? the page on amazon talks a lot about " Connect via Full-Featured USB-C Cable", but i don't know what a full featured usb-c cable could be other than this one.

I have a XP-Pen 10 2nd gen. Will this allow me to connect to my desktop pc, using the motherboard UCB-C? My main monitor goes through the graphics card, and I want to mirror part of the screen onto the pen display.

Hello,
Artist 10 (2nd Gen) can connect with a USB-C cable, but your PC’s USB-C port must support DP Alt Mode (video output) and power delivery.
If your motherboard’s USB-C port doesn’t support video, the screen won’t display. In that case, please use the 3-in-1 cable (HDMI + USB) to connect through your graphics card for the best performance.
Please check your motherboard specs to confirm whether the USB-C port supports DP Alt Mode. If the issue is still not solved, feel free to contact our technical team at service@xp-pen.com.

Recently got this for my Artist 10 (2nd gen) to use with my Lenovo laptop and it’s not working. The tablet wont turn on and the xp pen app shows the connection flickering.

Artist 12 only supports the use of a three-in-one cable to connect to a computer. This USB-C to USB-C Cable is not compatible with Artist 12.
