Connected fast but very confusing/ unclear instructions
Took about 10 days for the receiver to arrive at my house and a few more days before I finally got around to connect my Mini 7w drawing tablet. My tablet was second hand and didn't come with a receiver and this receiver worked flawlessly, just be sure to buy the correct one and check the compatibility.
My only problem with this product was the very confusing/little instructions on how to connect your tablet to a new wireless receiver because on the product page, there are no instructions whatsoever unless the page just broke on my computer. Checking the Mini 7w setup instructions gave some clue as to how to connect, however, that only applies to the original wireless receiver that came with the tablet, not a new one.
So in order to actually connect your tablet to the new wireless receiver, you'll have to download their Wireless Pairing Tool for the corresponding Operating System you use. I found it on my tablet's driver download page at the bottom of the list for Drivers call Wireless Pairing Tool.
After that, follow the setup guide and it'll pair instantly and just work. So great product and connected fast, but confusing/little instructions that need to be clearer for the user.

Doesn\'t work
I accidentally broke my wireless receiver to my 06 Pro on a trip last year. So I was ecstatic to find these and ordered two. No more chord connection--I thought. Neither of them worked for my 06 Pro; I'll be returning these unless I can find a troubleshooting solution. I should also mention that my USBs are see-through on the heads, and not solid black, like my original was, like the picture is nor like the tutorial installation shows on youtube. It makes me question their validity.

Star 06C has been discontinued. The Wireless Receiver model you purchased is Star 06 and is therefore incompatible with Star 06C.

I have a DECO MW tablet, and have misplaced the USB wireless adapter. I was wondering if this ACK05 is compatible as a replacement. The other third party wireless replacements on alibaba or other websites are out of stock. It doesnt make sense to me that there arent a direct replacement for these on the company store, even if this model is discontinued it is still being sold on amazon? Why wouldnt it be replaceable?
