How to adjust in Windows so that the touch function works on the drawing display?
Applicable Model:Artist Ultra 16
Some Windows computers may not correctly recognize the screen where the touch function is active. In this case, please adjust the touch mapping as follows:
On the computer, open “Control Panel” -> find “Tablet PC Settings” -> click “Setup” -> select “Touch Input”.
Follow the instructions: press the Enter key to make the touch selection screen appear on the drawing display, then tap the drawing display with your finger to complete the setup.
