How to resolve the issue of forgetting the PIN for MDP and MNP?

If you do not know (or have forgotten) your lock screen password/PIN, you can refer to the following steps to reset your product.

→ Turn off the device.

→ Press and hold the Power button and Volume “+” to enter Recovery mode.

→ Select Wipe data/Factory reset, and there will be a notice that the data wipe is completed.

→ Select Reboot system now to reset the device.

Please note that this operation will erase the data on the device.
