How do I install the driver for Windows or Mac?

Applicable Model:Artist 12 Pro Lite

Windows:

Unzip the file and run the .exe file with administrator privileges. Follow the prompts to complete the installation.

Mac:

Unzip the file and run the .dmg file. Follow the prompts to complete the installation. Then go to System Settings > Privacy & Security > Accessibility, click the lock icon in the lower-left corner, unlock the settings, and make sure the PenTablet_Driver option is checked. Otherwise, the device and driver may not work properly.
