What should I do if there is a color mismatch between the product and the reference monitor?

Applicable Model:Artist Pro 27 (Gen 2)

Artist Pro 27 (Gen 2) has undergone strict color calibration on a unit-by-unit basis before leaving the factory to ensure its standard color space performance. If there is a color difference between the product and your reference monitor, please check the following potential causes one by one:

1. Ensure that your reference monitor is set to one of the standard color spaces (sRGB, Adobe RGB, or P3), and that Artist Pro 27 (Gen 2) is configured to the same color space.

2. Check whether the current color space of Artist Pro 27 (Gen 2) is the one you need. If not, enter the driver to adjust it.

3. Ensure that Artist Pro 27 (Gen 2) is not loaded with other third-party color configuration files (ICC Profile).

4. For an NVIDIA graphics card, if the latest graphics card driver is installed, please confirm that Color Accuracy Mode > Overwrite Reference Mode under MD270UH in the graphics card driver settings is selected.

If the problem persists, you are advised to perform fine-tuning based on the following methods or contact technical support.

Method 1: In the current color space, fine-tune the hue and saturation to align with the reference display.

Method 2: Select User mode for a wider range of customization and adjust the parameters to align with the reference display.

Method 3: Download and install ColorMaster, select the target color space, and recalibrate using a ColorMaster-compatible colorimeter.

Method 4: Use other color calibration software to recalibrate both your reference display and Artist Pro 27 (Gen 2). Ensure that Artist Pro 27 (Gen 2) is set to the User mode before calibration.
