There is a color difference between the product and my reference monitor. What should I do?

Applicable Model:Artist Ultra 14

Artist Ultra 14 is strictly color-calibrated unit by unit before leaving the factory to ensure it meets standard color-space display requirements out of the box. If you notice a color difference between the product and your reference monitor, please check and troubleshoot the following items one by one:

1. Confirm that your reference monitor belongs to one of the standard color spaces (sRGB, Adobe RGB, P3), and that it is in the same color space as Artist Ultra 14

2. Make sure the current color space of Artist Ultra 14 is the color space you need; otherwise, open the OSD menu to adjust it

3. Make sure Artist Ultra 14 has not loaded any third-party color profile (ICC color profile)

4. If you are using an NVIDIA graphics card and have installed the latest graphics driver, confirm that “Color accuracy mode > Override to reference mode” under MD140QH is selected in the graphics driver settings

If the issue persists, we recommend fine-tuning as follows or contacting the technical support team directly:

Method 1: In the current color space, fine-tune hue, saturation, and brightness until they match the reference monitor

Method 2: Select User mode to access a wider custom adjustment range, and adjust until it matches the reference monitor

Method 3: Use a colorimeter to recalibrate your reference monitor and Artist Ultra 14. Please select User mode before calibration.
