Can I connect the tablet to a computer to sync files?

Yes. In addition to regular file and photo syncing (Android File Transfer must be installed first when connecting to Mac), it also supports: 


 · DP-IN drawing display mode: When connected to a computer using the included full-featured cable, the tablet turns into a professional drawing display for your PC. It supports up to 3K at 120 Hz input with latency as low as 30 ms, and supports stylus input control (macOS currently does not support finger touch control, but supports stylus input control). 

 · Graphics tablet mode: When connected to a computer via USB, the tablet can turn off the screen and function as a graphics tablet to sync pen strokes on your PC. 

 · Projection via DP-OUT: The tablet functions as an output device, supporting wired video output to large displays at up to 4K at 30 Hz.
