Why can't the ABCD keys on the joystick be configured with commands?

When keys A, B, C, or D are designated as "Theme Keys," you must first reassign the Theme Key for the currently active theme (which is occupying those keys) to a different button. Once this is done, you can return to the "Command Settings" page to configure keys A, B, C, and D.
