What to do if you forget the Android tablet passcode?


Note: This method will erase all data on the tablet and restore it to factory settings.

1. While the tablet is powered off, press and hold the Power and Volume Up buttons simultaneously. Release the Power button when the XPPen logo appears, but continue holding Volume Up to enter Recovery Mode.

2. Press the Volume Down button to highlight “Wipe data/factory reset”, then press the Power button to select it.

3. Press the Volume Down button to select “Factory data reset”, then press the Power button to confirm. Wait for the data wipe to complete.

4. Select “Reboot system now” and press the Power button to restart the tablet.
