Artist 10S, 16, 22HD & 22E, the cursor can only move on Main monitor for Mac system issue.

Applicable Model:Artist 10S,Artist 22,Artist 22E,Artist 16

1. Please open the tablet driver setting then check if the last tab is labeled “Calibration” or “MatchMonitor”.

2. If the Tab is labeled MatchMontior and you are unable set your Monitor Mapping to “RTK”,

a. Go to “System Preference - Displays”.

b. Set your monitors to “Mirror mode” and make sure the Optimization is set to “Built-in Retina Display”.

c. Go to Arrangement and set it to “Expand” and make sure that the monitors align on top.

d.Go to Display setting and set Resolution to “Default to display”.

e. Open the tablet setting and go to the “MatchMonitor” tab.

f. Add “Color LCD” & “RTK” onto the Tablet Monitor Names List.

g. Click the Update button.

h. Click OK button to exit.

g. Close the driver menu and open it again. Go to the Calibration tab.

i. Set your Monitor Mapping to “RTK” and exit.
