1. Uninstall the XP-Pen driver and reboot. If your computer also has another graphic tablet or graphic tablet monitor driver, please uninstall it and reboot.
2. Go to “Control Panel – Tablet PC Settings”.
3. Click the “Setup…” button. Set and make sure your stylus can be used on XP-Pen graphic tablet monitor.
4. Open Toon Boom and drag the window onto the on XP-Pen graphic tablet monitor.
For Toon Boom Harmony Essentials:
a. Open “Edit – Preferences - Advanced” then disable “Use Qt Wintab Tablet Support (Requires Relauch)” and click “OK” button to exit.
b. Close Toon Boom Harmony then open again.
For Toon Boom Harmony Advanced:
a. Open “Edit – Preferences - Advanced” then disable “Use Qt Wintab Tablet Support (Requires Relauch) and click “OK” button to exit.”.
b. Close Toon Boom Harmony then open again.
For Toon Boom Harmony Premium:
c. Open “Edit – Preferences - Advanced” then disable “Use Qt Wintab Tablet Support (Requires Relauch) and click “OK” button to exit.”.
d. Close Toon Boom Harmony then open again.
