Edit: Resolved, leaving it up for anyone else who has this problem. See the bottom.
I need some help. Today, when I started up my tablet, it took a while to work. I had to unplug and replug it in a few times. When I finally did get it to start up, though, the settings had been all messed up. The shortcut key buttons (on the side) had all been reset to different functions, and so had the buttons on the pen. I can't really work like this.
I tried opening the PenTabletSettings to fix it, and the application refused to open at first. It just said "PenTabletSetting cannot be opened." I uninstalled it, reinstalled it, and restarted my computer. Now, when I try to open it, I get a notification that PenTabletSetting quit unexpectedy.
I have the Artist 12 Pro and MacOS Mojave, for context. Has this ever happened to anyone, and does anyone know anything I could try to fix it? I have some things to get done, and its pretty much impossible to work with my settings being the way that they are.
Edit: I'm a dummy who forgot that updating drivers was a thing I had to do! Updated it to the newest driver and it's totally fine now! Not sure if anyone else is as forgetful as me, but I might as well leave this up in case someone needs it ;P
