Artist 22 Pro Pen not working...

Issue: Your XP-Pen Artist Display 22 Pro was working well until yesterday, despite occasional crashes. However, the pen is not working in either Photoshop CC 2019 or Word. You have rebooted several times to no avail. You are running Windows 10.

Solution: Firstly, we need more information. Can the driver's settings page be displayed normally? You can connect the pen to the charging cable and try to see whether the pen can move the cursor. Please take a picture of the pen which will help us to identify the Tablet model.

To further diagnose the issue, you can try uninstalling the driver, restarting the computer, and then not installing the driver. Test whether the pen can control the cursor. If the issue persists, please try using another USB port. If you have a similar known-functional cable, please also try to check whether cable exchange will work.
